Agreement: By using a scooter from Cruze Enterprises Ltd.’s micro-mobility sharing service, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Helmets: Helmets are mandatory and must be worn at all times while riding the scooter. Users are encouraged to use their own helmets, but Cruze Enterprises Ltd. may provide helmets where available.

Rental Period: The rental period begins when the scooter is unlocked via the app and ends when the scooter is properly locked at a designated parking location. Additional charges may apply for extended usage.

Payment: Payment is required at the time of unlocking the scooter and can be made through the app using a credit card. Charges will include the unlocking fee and a per-minute rate for usage.

Damage: Users are responsible for any damage to the scooter during their rental period. If the scooter is damaged, the user will be responsible for all repair costs, up to the full replacement value of the scooter.

Theft: If the scooter is stolen during the rental period, the user is responsible for the full replacement value of the scooter.

Insurance: Cruze Enterprises Ltd. does not provide insurance for users or the scooters. Users are responsible for any liability, damage, or loss caused by their use of the scooter.

Refunds and Cancellations: There are no refunds for usage fees once the rental period has begun. Cancellations before unlocking the scooter are not applicable as fees are charged per use. However, some refunds may be applicable at our discretion.

Prohibited Use: Users may not use the scooter for any illegal purposes or in any way that violates traffic laws or regulations.

Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cruze Enterprises Ltd., its owners, employees, and agents, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the scooter.

Termination: Cruze Enterprises Ltd. reserves the right to terminate this agreement and remotely lock the scooter at any time, without notice, if the user violates any of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

By using a scooter from Cruze Enterprises Ltd.’s micro-mobility sharing service, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these terms and conditions, and agree to abide by them.
